| BUFFALO—One Western New York public relations firm is pitching in and joining community efforts centered on battling the impact of the Wuhan Coronavirus, offering free PR services to volunteer organizations until the economy reopens.Excelsior Strategies, a public relations and campaign strategy firm helmed by former longtime Niagara County spokesman Christian W.
